"Globally Minded"

"Courage to Go Deep"

While most of his clients are people who have never sought the public spotlight, Mr. Rose has represented clients in cases that have attracted local, national, and international media attention. Mr. Rose firmly believes that “no comment” won’t do for an answer, and is prepared to use this attention to his client’s advantage by responding to the media in a positive and ethical manner.

Mr. Rose gives personal attention to each client he represents. When he accepts a client’s case, he offers his commitment to fighting for the best possible outcome and strives to protect the clients’ freedom. In addition, Mr. Rose endeavors to carry out the client’s wishes in court. Whether fighting the case at trial, in pretrial motions, or by negotiation, Mr. Rose is committed to serving his client’s best interests.

As a skilled Los Angeles area criminal law attorney, Mr. Rose prefers to represent a small caseload of clients and provide each of them with personal attention. He values the personal reputation of each client. In doing so, he believes that client representation begins with making sure each client understands their legal rights and how to exercise them.

In his practice, Mr. Rose frequently represents many licensed professionals accused of wrongdoing. He has represented doctors, dentists, nurses, teachers, police officers, firefighters, business executives, actors, athletes, and their family members. He has successfully helped many clients avoid convictions that would have cost them their careers.

By representing clients facing criminal charges, I feel like I am helping people in crisis get justice for themselves.

In 2002, Mr. Rose was recognized by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Criminal Law. This distinction is held by only a few hundred attorneys in the state. He has mentored and trained other attorneys to be successful criminal defense lawyers. He has appeared more than a dozen times as a guest commentator on Court TV. His work has been published in legal newspapers such as The Daily Journal.

Mr. Rose has been quoted and/or pictured in hundreds of publications, Web sites, and other media outlets, including the Los Angeles Times, the Los Angeles Daily News, and nearly every other major newspaper in the state.

Mr. Rose is an active member of the legal community and the criminal defense community. He has served on the board of trustees of the Santa Monica Bar Association and is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML).
